Drying Time : During time between the first spray top coat and the second spray top coat  is 3-5 minutes, at temperature 30 C have touch dry 5-10 minutes and 5-10 minutes can the spray Clear Coat.

Prepare Surfacer : Cleaning by Meiji Degreaser which wipe over all surfacer.

Prepare colour and ratio :

  • Meiji Mixing Colour = 50
  • Meiji Thinner 2K Slow = 50

Using Method :

  • Equipment is Air Spray Gun
  • Viscosity NK#2  12-13 seconds/25C , Ford Cup#4 15-16 seconds/25C
  • 2-3 Spray Round  Distance between spray gun substrate is 15-20 cm
  • Wind Power is 3-4 kg/cm2

Film Thickness : 40-60 Micro meter
