Type : 2K Primer Acrylic Urethane with Hardener

Application :  It appreciate for repair spot and over all of car .

Special Application :

• Easy Sanding and Fast Dry

Drying Time :

• At temperature 30C  – Sanding time  30-60 minutes
• At temperature 60C  – Sanding time  15-30 minutes

Packing Size :

• Part A : 4.5 Lits
• Part B : 1 Lit

Prepare Surfacer :

• Pale off old colour by machine dry sanding grit number 240-320 or  by hand dry sanding grit number 400-600.
• Cleaning by Meiji Degreaser which wipe over all surfacer .

Prepare colour and ratio :

• Meiji Primer 2K = 4
• Meiji Hardener Primer 2K = 1
• Meiji Thinner Accryllic = 5-10%

Shelf Life : 1 Year

Port Life : 6-8 Hours

Using Method :

• Equipment is Air Spray Gun
• Viscosity NK#2  12-13 seconds/25C , Ford Cup#4 15-16 seconds/25C
• 1.5-2 Spray Round
• Distance between spray gun and substrate is 15-20 cm
• Wind Power is 3-4 kg/cm2

Film Thickness  : 40-60 Micro meter
